Logistics Coordinator
to support our operations team in KuwaitKey Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including shipments and deliveries Track shipments and ensure timely movement of materials Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and records Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments Resolve delivery issues and follow up on pending shipments Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics coordination role Strong knowledge of logistics operations, shipment tracking, and documentation Bilingual: Arabic and English (mandatory) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
