Coordinating with clearing agents for the clearance of the shipment
File (retrieve) all the import and export customs documents
Coordinating with customer /sales engineer/order processing team for the day-to-day deliveries
Handle custom clearance procedures of Dubai / UAE Customs for import/export shipments
Generating essential shipping documentation, such as COO, Invoices, Packing lists, LGP
Coordinate and negotiate best rates for transport/shipping
Follow up with forwarders to ensure timely execution and delivery of shipments
Coordinate all shipment-related activities of customers
Manage import and export shipments on time with minimum cost

Knowledge of regulation, rules, and best practices of logistics in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai - E MIRSAL 2

Should have knowledge of logistics for import, export, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to use MS Office and Excel, Fluent in English and Hindi
