The Logistics Administrator will provide support to the Crewing & Administrative Supervisor by contacting and arranging to mobilise staff.
Job Responsibilities
Provides an all-encompassing Logistics administration service to employees and managers in the following areas:
To provide support with contact and arranging of travel to mobilise staff to meet client needs as required by the crewing team.
Work closely with UK HR Team
Assist with daily review of crew requirements covering all requirements and forward planning to cater for fluctuation in manning requirements etc
Manage and support all systems and Excel tracking documents
Assist with action from all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll
Provide support to Operations Managers on daily requirements
Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information
Support on-call/ out of hours service
Checking of all documentation to ensure in date before travel
Working closely with the Training Administrator to ensure that the booking of all required training for the crew as required to ensure competency and training is always maintained current and up to date inclusive but not limited to. (Etc H2S – Bosiet – Food safety lvl3 ...)
Ensure all mobilising crew have the correct documentation and training in place for travelling. Assist with the delivery of in-house training as required liaising with the Crew team for the competency training needed for a new employee and renewing the employee’s competency certificates
Ensuring all costs are captured on the cost capture spreadsheet and correctly approved
Any other reasonable task as requested by line management

Qualifications
Excellent attention to the detail.
Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management from various backgrounds
Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines where required
Strong IT skills, and utilise tools within the Microsoft suite to support
Fluent in spoken and written English
