Job Description

The

Logistics Coordinator

is responsible for managing and optimizing the movement of goods, inventory, and information throughout the supply chain. This role ensures that products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements. The Logistics Coordinator communicates with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Key Responsibilities

Must be available in UAE

A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred. Minimum

1 -3 years

of experience in handling logistics in

International Logistics Company is preferred

Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs forms). Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays. Maintain accurate logistics records in ERP systems or tracking software. Optimize logistics workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery performance. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies. Assist in managing carrier relationships and negotiating freight rates. Support internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, warehouse) with logistics needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* International Logistics: 2 years (Required)
