Job Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely shipments, proper documentation, and smooth communication between suppliers, carriers, and clients. This role is critical to the efficiency of our operations and requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and warehousing. Track and monitor cargo to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and manage customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management. Resolve logistical issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide updates to management. Continuously identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
