Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Logistics Coordinator cum Accountant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily logistics operations and handle essential accounting tasks, ensuring smooth and cost-effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage import/export shipments and logistics activities. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions. Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular reports. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation. Manage and update logistics and ERP software systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation procedures.

Requirements:

Male candidate with a valid UAE driving license. Must have own visa and be available to join immediately. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or accounting (relevant field). Strong knowledge of import/export practices. Sound understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems. Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
