Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Logistics Coordinator

with

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

, specializing in the medical equipment sector. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of

shipping procedures, customs clearance

, and regulatory requirements for

both Freezone and Mainland operations

within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics for medical equipment/ other products. Manage documentation and compliance for customs clearance in both Freezone and Mainland environments. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government entities to ensure timely and compliant shipping. Ensure that all logistics operations meet regulatory standards specific to medical devices and equipment. Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documents, and inventory movement. Support supply chain and procurement teams with shipping schedules and logistics planning. Troubleshoot and resolve any shipment delays or compliance issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the

medical equipment

industry. Proven knowledge of

UAE Freezone and Mainland clearance and shipping procedures

. Strong understanding of import/export regulations, HS codes, and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
