Logistics

Manage the order flow process in the system

Send RFQ for freight pricing for export/import shipment from WIRE/CCP

Coordinate with F/Forwarders and with vendors to arrange freight bookings

Coordinate with customer/supplier and arrange documents for goods export/import purpose

Coordinate with freight forwarders to receive customs declaration copies processed for export/import shipments.

Undertake customs documentation

Generate shipping documents from WIRE/CCP

Send ASN (Advance shipment notice) to customers from WIRE/CCP for each shipment

Send POD and close the shipment in WIRE/CCP after delivery is completed

Understand and familiarize with export/import documentation

On-line customs documentation and submission of exit paper to Dubai customs

Arrange DP World/Dubai customs and Dubai Chamber payments

Coordinate with Dubai trade, Dubai chamber and renew the Membership, Subscription and Import code before the expiry.

To maintain and record in and out inventory transaction report in system for customs audit

Customer Support

Coordination with Freight Forwarders for pricing

Preparing & acquiring appropriate signatures on Job Card

Scanning, emailing shipping documents to customers

Reporting:

Generate reports from the system as required/requested

CCP reports

Updating and closing of INC in quality management system in timely and efficient manner

Send shipment on hold report and freight billing forecast

Administration:

Provide administrative support to the customer care, procurement and sales teams if required

To assist logistics department for inventory reconciliation with customs for Trasna Middle East FZE closure
