Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel to arrange pickups and deliveries.
Track and monitor shipment progress, providing updates to customers as needed.
Resolve issues and address delays or discrepancies in shipment schedules.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transportation activities.
Analyze logistical data and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of logistics processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Evaluate and select transportation providers based on cost, reliability, and service quality.
Assist with inventory management and cycle counting activities as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation modes, routing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
