Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join the IIQAF team, an innovative and fast-growing global logistics company. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments managed by the company. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the movement of goods across different modes of transportation.

- Manage the scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight
- Develop and improve logistics processes
- Monitor and report on transportation costs
- Create accurate transportation reports using various software programs
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Support customers in the event of delivery delays or other issues
- Troubleshoot any issues with shipments
- Remain up-to-date with logistics regulations
- Manage the inventory of the warehouse
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation
- Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar position
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations and transportation regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
- Professionalism
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility
- Strong sense of ownership
- BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred
