Job Description
: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated, computer-savvy professional who can drive and keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Track and update shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and team members.
- Ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve transportation issues as they arise.
- Utilize computer software, including Microsoft Office, for data entry and communication.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering processes.
- Continuously improve logistics operations and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- Work in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
- Valid UAE driver\'s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Netsuite and Lightspeed software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in logistics or related fields is a bonus.
