Job Description
: HEDES is looking for a Logistics, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics of driver training programs for our corporate clients. You will work closely with clients, instructors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our services. Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships and address client inquiries promptly.
- Track and trace the deliveries and update customers accordingly.
- Following up with service providers for Proof of Deliveries
- Verifying with the shipping line for free time and updating customers accordingly
- Alert and update the shipment details in the Odoo system.
- On-time creation of Job Costing Sheet once full delivery is done to finance for invoicing.
- Daily delivery report
- Provide necessary information, materials, and support to instructors.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, client feedback, and instructor performance.
- Assist in billing and invoicing processes related to corporate clients.
- Manage and oversee all logistics activities, ensuring smooth operations from point A to B.
- Answering customer queries
- Process all documentation related to logistics.
- Reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with shipping lines and forwarders, building strong relationships to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements, clear shipments, and ensure the timely and accurate documentation and arrangement of shipments.
- Understand and navigate procedures related to import and export.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to meet business needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or similar role.
- Degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Intermediate/advanced Word and Excel skills
- Able to operate in a team environment with proven ability.
