A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Manage the Order to Cash in collaboration with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of activities.
- Analyse monthly backlog.
- Act as a coordinator between freight forwarders, factories, and customers.
- Support, handle, and resolve any customer and logistics-related issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Communicating with vendors on pricing, availability, delivery terms, payment terms, and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, and local and global regulatory authorities.
- Maintain, file, and update all shipments and inventory.
- Responsible for logistics operations, vendor management, and related approvals.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Proven customer service (order to cash) and logistic experience.
- Proven experience handling letters of credit is an advantage.
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Must be able to write professional business emails and letters.
- Good computer skills and proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP Knowledge is a plus.
- Good leadership and management skills.
