Job Location : Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.
Key Role & Responsibility :
Responsible for creating new job entry\'s & adding/updating relevant information\'s.
Making invoices such as Tax invoices, Export invoices, Final Invoices.
Coordinating with operation department for material readiness.
Arranging the material for dispatch
Coordination both Export and Import shipments
Coordinating with accounts department for the invoice and send the bills to the account department received from the local/overseas agent.
Arranging Delivery order collection as soon as the shipment arrives and proceed with customs clearance
Qualification : Graduate.
Experience : Supply chain and Logistics 5 years in UAE.
