Job Description
Shipment Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and monitor domestic and international shipments.Carrier & Vendor Management:
Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.Documentation:
Prepare and manage shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork, etc.).Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy.Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor shipments in transit, resolve delivery issues or delays, and update stakeholders.Cost Control:
Compare shipping rates, negotiate contracts, and optimize routes to reduce logistics costs.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety, customs, and transportation regulations.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
