Job Description

We are hiring an experienced

Logistics Coordinator

to join our growing operations team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have

at least 5 years of experience

in

freight forwarding, pricing, customs clearance, and transportation services

. This role requires someone who understands the full logistics and supply chain cycle and can manage pricing, customer coordination, and shipping processes end-to-end.

Only candidates who are currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC will be considered. Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle pricing and quotations for air, sea, and land freight Manage and coordinate international and domestic freight forwarding operations Liaise with shipping lines, freight agents, and transporters to ensure competitive rates and timely service Process and oversee

customs clearance documentation and procedures

Schedule and manage

transportation and last-mile delivery

for inbound and outbound shipments Coordinate with clients to provide shipping updates, documents, and cost breakdowns Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution Maintain strong vendor and customer relationships Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and clearance files Keep records of pricing, cost analysis, and freight billing

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in

freight forwarding, pricing, customs clearance

, and

transportation services

In-depth knowledge of shipping documentation, incoterms, and customs procedures in Qatar Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics software Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Valid QID and transferable NOC required
