Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and place purchase orders wit suppliers, and follow up on shipping and clearance processes. Assign freight forwarders when necessary and negotiate competitive rates. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with official purchase orders. Collaborate with the sales department to track orders and provide regular, accurate updates on order status. Review all shipping documents meticulously to ensure compliance with formal regulations and accuracy. Minimize order lead times by maintaining effective coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements :

A university degree Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Solid understanding of logistics, including international freight systems and Incoterms.
