AXL Cargo Solution FZCO is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team. This entry-level role is designed for candidates who hold a relevant qualification and are eager to build a professional career in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.

About the Job :

- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipment handling.

- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external logistics partners to facilitate smooth operational processes.

- Assist in generating operational reports, tracking logistics performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory.

- Monitor compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements :

Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain.
Solid understanding of logistics and freight operations.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Currently Located in UAE.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
