Job Summary
We are looking for a
Logistics Coordinator
to oversee the movement, storage, and documentation of materials, equipment, and deliveries. Candidates with experience inscaffolding or construction logistics
are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and returns of scaffolding materials and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks. Coordinate with the site team, warehouse, and transport providers for efficient scheduling. Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and tracking records. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Assist in optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving turnaround times.
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in logistics, preferably within theconstruction or scaffolding industry
. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
