JOB PURPOSE

The Logistics Coordinator (LC) will oversee and manage the logistics operations activities in the warehouse.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan and manage logistics, transportation with transport Supervisor and customer services. Arrange and coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers/ labours) according to availabilities and requirements. Coordinate skills to oversee warehouse goods, and shipments/ deliveries. Track quality, quantity, transport costs, delivery timelines, and productivity of vehicles. Responsible for the route movement of outgoing and incoming shipments. Assign duties to drivers ensuring timely services, issuing fuel, recording log-books and maintenance and repair/recovery of vehicles Maintain inventory of promo packaging materials etc. Develop logistical checklists to guide activities support. Ensure record keeping, movement of vehicles equipment and store etc. Keep in regular communication with the operation team and provide backstopping logistical support as necessary. Develop checklist of items to be used before the vehicles move to any delivery to ensure they are properly equipped. Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably Comply with all regulations, laws, policies, and ISO requirements Ensures that Warehouse Team follows the QHSE and FSMS Policies and Procedures. Performs related activities as instructed by the Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 02-04 Years UAE / GCC Experience in similar roles. Experience of any 3PL Logistic Operations and Process. Graduate or Diploma Working knowledge in WMS / ERP Application hands on experience in SAP is a must Attention to details & Accuracy, Advanced data analysis and data visualization Planning & Scheduling

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
