The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics team and ensuring smooth operations within the logistics department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and processes.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and present logistics reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
