Job Description
We are Looking for Logistics Co ordinater cum a Joinery and fit out Estimator with minimum of 2 years experience in UAE. You will be Co ordinating with Shipping Agencies Vendors in the overseas for quotes and follow up with them and arrange the materials at our factory, prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics and provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable decisions. Ideal candidate should have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset. Responsible to provide detailed reports. Responsibilities: -
- Responsibility includes Co ordinating with Overseas vendors for quote follow up of production dispatch of material with them, collecting quotes from Shipping agencies and reaching the materials till our warehouse.
- Estimating and cost planning for pre-tender stage.
- Preparing tender documents and Bill of Quantities for tender projects. Assisting with the production feasibility studies and estimates from minimal design information, through to detailed cost plans.
- Interfacing with the client and consultant vendors and shipping agencies.
- Tender Evaluation and negotiation with contractors/vendors clients .
- All major strategic procurement from identification of approved materials, verifying quantities as per the plan vs actual.
- Working closely with suppliers and clients to improve operation and reduce probable costs while project executions.
- Knowledge in WPC SPC materials and excellent Excel Skills are added advantage
- Coordination with projects manager and site engineer.
- Coordinating with procurement advising on supply constraints, forecast information or products, recommendation on alternative products, push through scheduling of orders, reports on order status etc.
- Monitors and prepares cost variations.
- Verifies & certifies suppliers and vendor\'s invoices and quotes.
- Proven experience as Logistics coordinator and estimator position
- In depth knowledge of research and data
- High Proficiency in Excel
- Basic Degree with Auto Cad drawings Must
- Nationality (Communicate both in Arabic ( Preferable) and English is must) (Male and Female can apply)
- UAE Driving License is also must.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
