JOB OBJECTIVE

Provide on-site support to the Logistics activities at Al Dhafra Air base. Ensure coordination with the different stakeholders to improve efficiency in the Logistics flows.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Field Service Engineer / Logistic in the management of the deliveries UAE to France, on two projects :

• Verifying the packaging of shipments.
• Preparing and ensuring consistency of data on shipping documents and equipment documents.
• Collecting with the freight forwarder and the customer.
• Making the export permit request.
• Archiving all documents.

• Assisting the logistics manager in managing receptions in UAE:

• Making customs clearance request
• Verifying and signed the proof of deliveries.
• Archiving all documents.
• Carrying out the follow-up.

• Updating the logistic process documentations and operating procedures.
• Creating monitoring tools in collaboration with the different stakeholders.
• Improving logistics flows based on a continuous improvement approach:

• Studying the different stages of the methodological tools and the production of reports and solving identified logistical problems/difficulties in collaboration with logistics manager and the customer

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in similar contexts:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Logistics
• Having a Continuous improvement approach

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Logistics / Industrial Processes
• Office package, especially excel.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Languages :

• English mandatory
• Arabic / French is a plus

• Communication (written and verbal skills)
• Your organizational skills, rigor, autonomy and interpersonal skills will enable you to succeed in the tasks assigned to you.

• Must have Driving license .
