JOB OBJECTIVE Provide on-site support to the Logistics activities at Al Dhafra Air base. Ensure coordination with the different stakeholders to improve efficiency in the Logistics flows.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the Field Service Engineer / Logistic in the management of the deliveries UAE to France, on two projects

Preparing and ensuring consistency of data on shipping documents and equipment documents

Verifying the packaging of shipments. Collecting with the freight forwarder and the customer

Archiving all documents

Managing with logistics manager the receptions in UAE

Verifying and signed the proof of deliveries

Carrying out the follow-up

Updating the logistic process documentations and operating procedures

Creating monitoring tools, in collaboration with the different stakeholders

Improving logistics flows based on a continuous improvement approach

Studying the different stages of the methodological tools and the production of reports and monitoring

Solving identified logistical problems/difficulties in collaboration with logistics manager and the customer

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in similar contexts

Logistics (1-2 years minimum)

Continuous improvement approach is a plus

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BSc in Logistics / Industrial Processes

PREFERRED SKILLS

Office package, especially excel

Languages : English mandatory, French is a plus

Communication (written and verbal skills)
