Logistics and Shipping CoordinatorAbout the Position

Our leading company is seeking an outstanding Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our team in the United Arab Emirates, to contribute to the development and improvement of supply chain and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage internal and external shipping operations Build and develop strategic relationships with local shipping companies Coordinate shipments from factories and suppliers outside the UAE Follow up on customs clearance procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare and verify shipping documents according to local and international standards Track shipment movements and ensure adherence to specified delivery schedules Analyze shipping costs and provide suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce costs Prepare periodic reports on shipping and delivery operations performance

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years of practical experience in logistics and shipping Comprehensive knowledge of import, export, and customs clearance procedures Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong negotiation skills to obtain the best shipping terms and prices Proficiency in office computer programs and logistics management systems

Financial Package
