Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team. Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data Creating and processing sales in a timely manner Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required Be responsible to support day-to-day logistics operations of stock planning, ordering and performing monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment Liaise with external parties such as haulage, forwarders on delivery and documentation requirements. Be the contact person for all shipment arrangements To ensure stock accuracy and inventory transaction and control Be responsible for periodic cyclical stock count Prepare regular reports on warehouse, inventory related and relevant matters for management review To assist on customers inquiries and order/invoice management Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to continuously changing procedures and processes Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required by the manager Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Education:
