Job summary:
Should possess good knowledge of modern ERP systems and well versed with Microsoft Office & SAP. Should also possess strong communication skills and have the ability to coordinate with various departments. Responsible for all day-to-day logistics and customer service functions of Hospitality division of Assa Abloy in IMEAT (India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey) region, being based out of Dubai.
Job responsibilities:

• Day to day material release in coordination with warehouse for AMS/ Service business & invoicing in ERP.
• Making Intercompany Orders for AMS business.
• Making third parties PO in ERP and coordinating with the supplier for fastest delivery date.
• Arranging shipments using the most economical means after the materials are ready.
• Entries into ERP for all incoming inventories & managing them as per local guidelines.
• Responsible for submission of monthly inventory report and matching physical inventory with ERP Inventory.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels of all items (reorder level).
• Quarterly physical auditing of inventory.
• Day to Day coordination with China factory for Distribution business Queries related to Logistics
• Placing orders for Business partners & also arranging samples.
• Documentation scanning and uploading in BOX like, customer Purchase Order, Proof of Delivery

(customer signed Delivery Note & Invoice). Hard copy to be filed.

• Post Goods Receipt Note against shipments received in timely manner.
• Review of open order List and prepare list of deliveries against AMS / Keycards.
• Support finance team in sharing requested documents for payment follow ups.
• Coordination with inter departmental teams for smooth flow of operations.
• Coordination with the customer, warehouse and drivers for AMS deliveries.
• Timely reply to customer emails regarding delivery follow up etc.
• All miscellaneous Logistics and customer service functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics from UAE region.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business is required
• Good understanding and experience in coordinating shipments and handling warehouse operations
• Experience with ERPs (SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage)
• Significant hands-on business experience with logistics functions
• Must be fluent in English (oral & written)
• Excellent in time management and ability to work under pressure
