The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator - Logistics to support day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: o Coordinate and support logistics activities and daily operations. o Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and records. o Ensure compliance with internal processes and assist in audits. o Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries. o Manage filing systems, purchase orders, and contract documentation. o Process monthly work confirmations via ERP.
