The Logistics & Administration Officer will be responsible for managing company logistics operations, including company drivers, rented vehicles, labor attendance on ERP, and labor accommodation. The role ensures smooth daily operations, proper coordination, compliance with company policies, and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Transportation
Manage and coordinate company drivers and vehicle schedules.
Oversee the deployment and usage of company-owned and rented vehicles.
Ensure timely availability of transportation for site and office requirements.
Maintain records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, maintenance, and permits.
Coordinate with external rental vehicle suppliers and ensure contract compliance.
Drivers Management
Supervise company drivers, including duty rosters, attendance, and performance.
Ensure drivers follow company rules, safety standards, and traffic regulations.
Maintain valid driving licenses, vehicle documents, and insurance records.
Labor Attendance & ERP Management
Record daily labor attendance, absences, overtime, and site allocations in the ERP system
Ensure accurate check-in and check-out of labors at sites and workshop.
Coordinate with site supervisors to verify manpower deployment.
Prepare attendance reports for payroll and management review.
Labor Accommodation Management
Manage company labor accommodations, ensuring proper allocation of rooms.
Coordinate cleanliness, maintenance, and basic facility requirements.
Monitor discipline, occupancy, and compliance with accommodation rules.
Liaise with landlords or accommodation providers as required.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Site Teams for manpower and logistics needs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to logistics and labor.
Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to logistics operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, administration, or similar role in UAE.
Experience in handling labor accommodations and fleet management.
Familiarity with ERP systems for attendance and reporting.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
