DP World is hiring a Lease Administration Officer to manage lease renewals, amendments, rent reviews, and terminations for Parks and Zones customers. The role ensures compliance with company policies, coordinates with internal departments, and provides professional support to clients while maintaining accuracy in documentation and invoicing.

What You'll Do

• Prepare lease renewal agreements and oversee associated processes for Parks and Zones customers
• Verify customer-submitted documents and service requests for renewals, rent reviews, and amendments
• Obtain approvals for critical transactions and process invoices related to lease rent
• Initiate renewals and rent reviews while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations
• Handle lease refund requests, attestations, and insurance processes
• Coordinate with departments to manage temporary plots, addendums, and special lease arrangements
• Engage with prospective clients and provide lease-related information
• Verify and process lease terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Forward expired lease cases to the Legal Department and assist with matters requiring legal action
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of lease reinstatement package charges
• Resolve outstanding payments and facility allocation issues in coordination with relevant departments

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate operations
• Strong knowledge of leasing documentation, rent reviews, and termination processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/lease management systems
• Ability to work with legal teams and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
