We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Logistic Supervisor

with a strong background in the

construction industry

to oversee and manage logistics operations at our construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials, efficient site logistics, and coordination with suppliers and project managers to maintain workflow and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics activities including delivery scheduling, material handling, and storage. Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Monitor and manage logistics costs, identifying opportunities for improvement or cost savings. Supervise and direct logistics staff, including drivers, warehouse workers, and subcontracted delivery personnel. Manage site access and vehicle movements to avoid congestion and delays. Collaborate with the project management team to support construction schedules and milestones. Resolve logistical issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, with at least 2 years in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, delivery schedules, and on-site logistics coordination. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics or inventory management software. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field. OSHA or safety certification is a plus.
