We are seeking a Logistics Dispatch Executive with relevant experience in a block factory or a similar industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely transportation, and maintaining accurate records of shipments.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee daily dispatch operations
Coordinate with drivers and customers for on-time deliveries
Maintain dispatch logs, delivery notes, and transport schedules
Monitor fleet performance and ensure compliance with company policies
Liaise with production and sales departments for smooth workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience as a logistics/dispatch executive in a blocks or concrete factory
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of UAE routes and transport regulations
Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
