Overview of the role:

To ensure timely execution of rental reservations, increased allocation of vehicles for walk and overall improvement in customer satisfaction by adhering to agreed standards concerning Vehicle delivery and collection.

What you will do:

Rental Reservations Manifest Execution:
1. Run daily reservations manifest for all branches for AUH region
2. Dispatch vehicles as per the reservation manifest to all rental branches
3. Manage driver allocation to reservation vehicle movement and vehicle collection from rental branches

Rental Delivery and Collection :

1. Manage vehicle delivery to customers- Contact customers and assign drivers
2. Collect vehicles from customers - Contact customers and assign drivers
3. Manage stock fleet movement from one hub to another and number plate delivery and collection in the factory

Vehicle Preparation

1. Maintain 100% of fleet availability for reservations, walk in, upsells, breakdown, sale exchanges, lease replacement and permanent, and new lease vehicle are prepared on daily basis.
2. Liaise with the Yard team, VPA to ensure adequate stock of clean vehicles are available
3. Coordinate with procurement for the installation of vehicle number plate and salik for new procure vehicles.

Delivery Board update

1. Update the delivery board at the start of each shift and assign drivers as per the delivery schedule
2. Communicate with the Vehicle Preparation Supervisor to ensure timely delivery

Daily Huddle

1. Ensure the Huddle board is updated at the start of each shift followed by a huddle with all associates and drivers Reporting
2. Maintain and updated logistic daily activity report and kpi on daily basis or as per required and send to the supervisor/manager
3. Prepare & email the Shift Handover document to the supervisor/manager at the end of each shift

Service Advisor
1. Attend to customer queries concerning service and maintenance after office hours i.e. from 17:00 PM to 08:00 AM and all day on Sunday
2. Attend to Breakdowns and emergencies after office hours i.e. from 17:00 PM to 08:00 AM and all day on Sunday

Customer complaints and resolution

1. Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Where required customer challenges are escalated to the Supervisor/Manager as per process agreed.
3. Ensure that professional communications are always upheld by both email and phone. This is with both internal and external customers.

Driver Management

1. Monitor the attendance and report tardiness or sick leaves to the Logistic Operations Supervisor.
2. Maintain and update time sheet of all drivers in daily basis.
3. Manage the grooming and appearance of the driver in daily basis.

Required Skills to be successful:
  • Over 2 years\' experience in working in the automotive industry - Rental industry is desirable
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Demonstration of leadership qualities
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively
  • Professional communication and presentational (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
