Company: Gulf Petrol Supplies LLC With experience in the same field : Occupation: Logistics Clerk 1. Job role in SAP System (i) Sales & Distribution: v Handling all Cash and Credit Customers sales activities. v Recording all Delivery order in Excel Sheet, DO issuing and Post Goods Issue, finally generating Invoice Daily update of Stock details (Ordered, Delivered, received, & balance QTY) v Handling End User, Bulk, Bunker, Back to Back and Trading Sales Activities manually. v Handling different materials & preparing Sales Report for management requirement v Involving duties related to Tax allocation / Classification for different mode of supply within UAE or International scales. 2. Operation & Logistics : v Follow up and arrange any job related to Hamriyah branch (Renewal Trade License , PO Box, Tank Agreements , & Customs Clearances, etc\xe2\x80\xa6.). v Follow up and schedule drivers and Logistics team leaves & Attendance , OT Trip Allowances v Follow and arrange maintenance, Renewals, certificates related GPS Trucks. v Arranging all Types of Gate Passes and related Docs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
