Job description SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
  • Degree/Post Graduation in the related field.
  • 2 - 5 years post qualification experience in a structured progressive Corporate environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable.
  • Extensive judgment and originality to plan logistics strategies for large scale acquisition Programs or systems
  • Attention to detail and documentation.
  • Knowledge of equipment and mechanical works
  • Language Skills: English (fluent is a must)\xe2\x80\x93 Arabic (advantage
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all processes relating to receiving and dispatching of materials are carried out effectively and in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
  • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
  • To control goods receiving works and dispatch works under his charge.
  • To control loader \xe2\x80\x93 off loader, materials co-coordinator under his charge.
  • To ensure that the On Process Materials and Goods to be dispatched are properly protect with proper protecting tape and/or other protecting materials where require.
  • Exercising necessary control during the receipt of material from the factory at the port and ensuring proper and correct delivery of the ordered/invoiced material to the concerned customer.
  • To provide for and make necessary arrangements in terms of infrastructural support to ensure that all activities are performed with quality and with the minimum amount of damage in material handling.
  • Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
  • Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
  • Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
  • Preparing our clients\' orders by gathering and loading stock.
  • Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
  • Reporting all breakages and spills.
