The Logistics Assistant - Fleet Management is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the company's fleet by coordinating vehicle movements, RTA renewal, permits, insurance, maintenance schedules, and documentation. This role ensures that all fleet activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements while optimizing costs and vehicle availability.
Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of UAE RTA rules and regulations, Permits, Permissions, etc
Preparing Monthly overtime and RTA Fines records for 100 + Drivers.
Must know about Vehicle Repair & Maintenance.
Coordination with branches to make logistics smooth.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions of Repair & Maintenance
Must follow up on daily tasks and fleet inspection to keep fleet in good condition.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE experience in a similar role
Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
Good caliber, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results
Strong work ethic essential
