Coordinate with both internal vendors such as LE factories, other LME department sand throughout the group & external vendors Chamber of Commerce, Embassies, Customs Authorities, Insurers, third party inspectors, freight forwarders and clearing agents as necessary to ensure that both imported and exported goods are supported by the required documentation to facilitate on time receipt and dispatch
Responsible for the LC documentation for LME are in compliance with UCP 600, error free documentation and on time submission targeting with zero discrepancy.
Liaising with Bank for LC/LOA’s, Amendments, Submissions
Ensuring vendors follow H&S Procedures as per End customers request
