Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Location Manager

to oversee and manage operations at our

Container City (CCQ) location

. The ideal candidate must hold an

MBA in Operations or Logistics

and have

12-15 years of relevant experience

in a similar role. This position is responsible for ensuring end-to-end operational efficiency, effective team leadership, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee overall operations of the CCQ location efficiently Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities Ensure smooth logistics, supply chain operations, and vehicle movements Supervise yard layout, space utilization, and material handling activities Lead, supervise, and motivate yard staff, drivers, and contractors Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments Maintain inventory, asset records, and operational documentation Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making Coordinate closely with operations, projects, and support departments

Requirements

MBA in Operations / Logistics (

mandatory

) Qatar Drving License (

Mandatory

) 12-15 years of proven experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of operations, logistics, and yard management Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively
