Join the local marketing force behind one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in Dubai!

We're Dodo Pizza -- an international pizza company with a bold mission and big ambitions in the UAE. While our central marketing team handles brand strategy, digital, and nationwide campaigns, we're looking for proactive Local Marketing Managers to bring our pizzerias to life in their neighborhoods.

What you'll do:

Take full responsibility for marketing and local brand presence in your assigned area of Dubai

Grow the revenue of your local pizzerias through creative and cost-effective marketing initiatives

Work closely with pizzeria teams to align on goals, support local activities, and ensure seamless execution of marketing plans

Organize local events, in-store activities, and community outreach initiatives

Build partnerships with schools, gyms, clubs, and other community organizations

Distribute flyers, activate in-store promotions, and execute street-level marketing

Find new, unexpected ways to make our pizza known and loved in your neighborhood

Collaborate with the central marketing team and report on your local marketing performance

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years of living experience in Dubai and knows the city's neighborhoods inside out

Has previous experience in marketing -- ideally in retail, events, hospitality, or F&B

Is outgoing, energetic, proactive, and loves working with people

Is a great communicator and negotiator -- someone who can build win-win local partnerships

Enjoys working on the ground, not just behind the desk

Is creative and hands-on -- you're not afraid to go out and make things happen

Loves engaging with families and kids, as creating a family-friendly brand experience is key to Dodo Pizza's success in Dubai
