Join the team behind Kids Pizza Academy, a new project by Dodo Pizza. One of the fastest-growing pizza brands in Dubai!We're on a mission to create fun, learning-filled, and family-friendly pizza experiences for kids across the city.

We're looking for a Local Marketing Manager to take charge of community marketing and events in Dubai. Someone who knows the city, understands families, and loves bringing creative ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Lead all local marketing and community engagement activities for Kids Pizza Academy in your assigned area of Dubai. Drive bookings and attendance through creative, cost-effective marketing initiatives. Build strong partnerships with schools, nurseries, gyms, and community centers to promote Kids Pizza Academy programs and events. Plan and execute local activations, school visits, and family events to grow awareness. Collaborate closely with the store and central marketing team to align strategies and campaigns. Capture and share local stories, photos, and highlights for marketing and social media use. Track and report results of local campaigns and suggest ways to improve performance.
We're looking for someone who:

You've lived in Dubai for at least 3 years and have a strong understanding of its neighborhoods, schools, and family communities. You have proven experience in marketing, events, retail, hospitality, or the kids entertainment industry. You're outgoing, energetic, and proactive, with a genuine passion for working with people -- especially families and children. You enjoy being hands-on and out in the community, not just working from behind a desk. You're a great communicator and negotiator, skilled at building strong and lasting local partnerships. You're creative and community-focused, always looking for fun, meaningful ways to engage families and kids through local experiences and events.

Your Task:

Imagine you are the Local Marketing Manager for Kids Pizza Academy located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).

Please complete the following 3 short tasks:

1. Local Activation Idea

Come up with 1-2 creative and low-budget marketing ideas to boost awareness and increase bookings or family visits for Kids Pizza Academy in JLT.Your ideas should be specific to the JLT community and family environment.

2. Partnership Outreach Draft

Choose one potential local partner in the JLT area. For example, a school, nursery, kids club, family cafe, or community center.Write a short draft of a message or email you would send to them to start a partnership conversation.

3. In-Store Promo Concept

Suggest one family-friendly weekend activity or in-store promotion for Kids Pizza Academy that could attract new guests, especially families with children.
