In this role, The LDM is responsible for translating ABB's divisional strategy into effective, customer-centric execution--enhancing ABB's market presence through scalability, agility, and operational excellence. The role also ensures seamless cross-divisional collaboration, delivering integrated solutions that strengthen ABB's value proposition and customer partnerships.
With a strong focus on profitable growth, the LDM drives both new customer acquisition and share-of-wallet expansion, while optimizing productivity, resources, and cost efficiency. This leadership position demands strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing, future-ready organization aligned with ABB's values and performance culture.
