Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
personal loan
products to individual customers
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate loan solutions
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Ensure complete and compliant documentation
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in personal loan sales (UAE or home country)
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in
customer relationship management (CRM)
Strong sales mindset and ability to work under pressure
Must be
currently available in the UAE
Familiarity with UAE banking procedures is an advantage
