The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the loan products available in the UAE market. Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a sales strategy for loans that meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential loan customers through cold-calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend loan products that best meet those needs.
- Communicate loan product features and benefits clearly and effectively to customers, and answer any questions they may have.
- Work closely with loan processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient application and approval process for customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and loan applications.
- Collaborate with other sales executives, loan officers, and support staff to achieve team goals and improve overall sales performance.
- Review and evaluate loan applications from clients to determine their eligibility for Islamic financing
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine the creditworthiness of clients and make recommendations for approval or denial of loans
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as Loan expert in UAE
- Strong understanding of personal finance principles, practices, and laws
- Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine creditworthiness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to educate clients on Personal finance
