- The Personal Loan Officer (Outdoor Sales) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with customers and engages them to understand their financial needs and provide thoughtful solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage a portfolio and provide a high level of service resulting in client retention and sales growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate terms and conditions of loans to a satisfactory level between bank and borrower. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze financial information and apply sound underwriting to make credit decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Know/follow the banks\xe2\x80\x99 loan policies and ensure members are following policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 We offer competitive pay (salary plus commission) and excellent benefits.
- University Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in an appropriate discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Nature and length of previous experience: At least 1 year of experience in Outdoor Sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Communication Skills, Good Convincing Power and Management Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Language Fluency: English \xe2\x80\xa2 Current Location: UAE
