Job Description
Job Title: Functional Analyst - Interface/Data Model Job Summary: Our company is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional specifications, and implementing interfaces and data models that meet the needs of our clients. The Functional Analyst will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling and interface development, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to lead and organize workshops on topics that relate to their expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for interfaces and data models
- Design functional specifications and technical requirements
- Develop and implement interfaces and data models using best practices
- Perform testing and validation of interfaces and data models
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide documentation and training for clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interface and data model development
- Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- experience in interface and data model development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools
- Experience with API development and integration
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Loan IQ data model & object model
- Loan IQ interface design / knowledge (understanding of difference between batch driven interfaces / EVM interfaces / different types of accounting interfaces, etc \xe2\x80\xa6 )
- Functional architecture understanding
- (ideally) Understanding of DataNet / reporting build
- (ideally) Understands the configuration of Loan IQ and is able to deepdive in Loan IQ workshop on various topics: corporate structure setup, accounting, risk, funding, collateral, \xe2\x80\xa6
