Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Executive - Personal Loan

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of direct experience in

personal loan sales within the UAE banking or financial sector

. This role requires excellent communication skills, target-driven attitude, and a deep understanding of loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and generate leads for personal loan products. Assess customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions. Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on application status. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory policies during the sales process. Provide accurate product information and guidance to potential clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

personal loan sales in the UAE

. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of UAE financial market and loan processing guidelines. Candidate must be currently available in the UAE.
