Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

LOA Holder Protection Engineer

to support ongoing projects for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the protection systems are operational, compliant with LOA protocols, and aligned with the highest safety and operational standards, particularly within Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all protection systems comply with LOA protocols and are fully operational Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance Collaborate with engineering and safety teams to uphold high standards Ensure strict adherence to RLIC safety and operational guidelines Troubleshoot protection system issues and generate detailed technical reports Participate in meetings and support project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in protection engineering (LOA systems) Experience with RLIC safety standards and holding an RLIC pass will be considered an added advantage. Proven troubleshooting and reporting skills Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-driven Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
