Job Title: In-Home Personal Nurse

Working Days :

6 days a week with 1 day off

Schedule :

Shifting from 8 hrs to 12 hrs max

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

In-Home Personal Nurse

to provide dedicated, holistic care for a patient in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will be a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) with strong clinical skills, a nurturing approach, and a passion for helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and insulin as directed. Assist with daily physical therapy exercises to promote strength, balance, and mobility. Guide the patient through voice therapy exercises to support speech clarity and communication. Lead memory games and fine motor skill activities to improve cognitive function and finger dexterity. Maintain personal hygiene by assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other hygiene-related needs. Monitor and record vital signs, progress, and any changes in the patient's condition. Provide support during doctor's appointments. Encourage and assist the patient in walking and pursuing greater physical independence. Create a safe, positive, and engaging daily routine focused on health, strength, and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

CPR and First Aid certified Previous experience in home health care, physical rehabilitation, hospital, or voice therapy support preferred Ability to support both physical and cognitive wellness Kind, patient, and professional demeanor Strong communication and documentation skills

Compensation:

Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
