Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Home Care Nurse / Caregiver

to provide 24-hour live-in care for patients at home. The role requires experience in handling patients with specialized medical needs, particularly those requiring

tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and NGT

. The ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, and dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide round-the-clock nursing and caregiving support to the patient. Perform

tracheostomy care

including suctioning, cleaning, and monitoring for complications. Manage

PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding

and ensure proper hygiene and nutritional delivery. Handle

NGT (Nasogastric Tube) feeding and care

as prescribed by the physician. Administer prescribed medications and monitor the patient's condition. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and toileting. Monitor vital signs, record observations, and report changes in condition to the physician/family. Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home care environment. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers for continuity of care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Nursing degree / caregiver certification (preferred: DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility in UAE). Proven experience in home care or hospital setting. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

Tracheostomy, PEG, and NGT care

. Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Good communication skills in English/Hindi (Arabic is an advantage). Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to patient well-being. Willingness to work on a

24-hour stay-in duty

basis.
