Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Live-in Housekeeper

to join our household staff. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence, while respecting the privacy and preferences of the Principal and family members.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Daily cleaning, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and mopping of all household areas. Laundry, ironing, steaming, and proper wardrobe care (including delicate fabrics). Changing and maintaining bed linens, towels, and household textiles. Ensuring bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces remain immaculate at all times.

Hospitality & Service

Assist with table setting and meal service when required. Care for guest rooms before, during, and after visits. Provide professional and discreet assistance in hosting duties.

Additional Duties

Handle delicate surfaces, fine furniture, antiques, and artwork with care. Report any maintenance or repair needs immediately. Occasionally assist with errands or shopping as instructed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private household, hotel, or similar high-standard environment. Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry care, and household organization. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times. Professional appearance and conduct. Good communication skills. Flexibility to adjust to the household's schedule and needs.
